Company Formation.
2009
New Build Marquee for a Hotel in Yorkshire.
2012
VDB completes its alteration and renovation of an Industrial Building in Newcastle.
VDB accomplishes renovation and alteration project of a location in Newcastle, for a multi-national chain, Kaspas Ice Cream Parlour.
2019
VDB breaks ground on its first major commercial development exceeding £10,000,000 and completes Phase 2, within four months of the New Build Commercial Faith Centre (NCM) in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Lazaat Hotel re-engages VDB for a New Build Extension of its premises in Yorkshire.

VDB completes Phase 3 of the NCM Project within seven months.
2009
We broke ground on our first Hotel Refurbishment at the Lazaat Hotel in Yorkshire.
2011
Completion of remedial works Grade 2 listed project at Bahr Academy in Newcastle.
2015
We won our second project to build a beautiful Residential New Build in Darras Hall, Northumberland.
2018
Kaspas Ice Cream Parlour re-engages VDB for a total refurbishment of its new premises in Darlington, County Durham.
2021
VDB completes Phase 4 of the NCM Project within four months.
